Packing your boxes, looking for new furniture, getting rid of stuff you no longer need can all turn out to be a bit of an anxiety ridden process.
A recent study has shown that almost 61% (close to two in three) adults believe that moving houses can be inherently more stressful than a relationship breakdown, or a change of job.
As humans, we are very territorial and moving from a known place to a new location can cause anxiety because of the change in comfort, routines and order. However, a much-underestimated aspect of this newfound anxiety and stress can be unaccounted moving costs.
