When we’re looking for new interesting property we look for the best location possible. Is the city safe, is there much to do entertainment wise, what is the transport like? There are lots to consider but here is my list of the 10 places best to buy property in.
San Francisco
San Francisco is great for a lot of reasons. There’s a huge demand in Cole Valley and Inner Sunset, Marina, Cow Hollow and Presidio Heights are great for older people – they are in a great location with a good view. All the mansions are in Seacliff. If you’re a techie you’ll want to be in South of Market. Many of these areas ace the ocean which is very appealing. There are fantastic schools in Golden Gate Heights and a private school in Outer Sunset. The transport is also pretty great.
Boston
Buying a home in Boston is a bit tough, give it a proper look into before you consider here. It’s not one of the biggest cities in America but its got average salaries that are high and the house prices are low. You’ve also got great transport links into new york too.
London
It might be surprising to some due to the extortionate prices in London but it’s the UK capital and has a crazy arts scene.
Look at places like Lohda Group if you’re considering going to Campden. Campden is one of the best places in London to live. Just a skip away from Central London and has good prices too.. Camden is such a diverse place to live. You’ll find a crazy amount of variety and there’s always something for everyone. For example, you’ll find a pound shop beside Waitrose for example! Street art is welcomed and encouraged in Camden too. Thriving music scene, buskers, the Camden market, street food, restaurants, markets and more!
Vienna
Vienna is a city in the country of Austria. It’s got a very rich cultural scene and is known as the home of music. Buying property in Vienna is pretty straightforward too. It doesn’t really have the highest paying work going about but the city has plenty of benefits from its beauty and a number of activities there is to do. The crime rate is also pretty low.
Paris
Paris makes it to the list too, whats there not to say? The French city is in a league of its own. Good food, good arts and entertainment, healthy living, excellent parks, good schools, a good transportation system that stretches over the entire city. Buying property in Paris wouldn’t be a mistake!
Property prices in most of the France have fallen over the past few years but homes in Paris have risen. Property moves fast in Paris, sometimes you’ll find the property is sold the same day it goes on the market so if you find a place you like you’ll need to act quickly. If you’re considering Paris do your research into the different arrondissements and find out what the price per meter is for that area.
